Student Representative Committee
During the WAAST semesters, a Student Representative Committee functions to maintain open communication between the students and the faculty, administration, and staff. The objectives of this Committee are to
- Encourage a Christ-like spirit on the campus at all times;
- Work toward harmonious relations in the school;
- Act on matters presented to it by the administration.
The Student Representative Committee is established during the first semester of the academic year, with four elected members, two English-speaking and two French-speaking, of that year’s graduating class. Four more members are elected and added in the second semester from those third-year students coming from the various extension centers. Together with the Dean of Students, they serve until the time of graduation.
